Each workout is adaptable according to your performance level.

Here are the standards for the RX, Inter and Scale categories displayed below (in pounds).

Following the BLIND phase, your team will be redirected to a DIVISION. But at any time, you can still adjust the workout downward.

The loads indicated may be HIGHER or LESS (10 to 15%) depending on the workout.
